We are a large university of cooperative education with a relatively large team spread across Germany. When we were looking for a CRM, it became clear relatively quickly that we would work with HubSpot and so we came together with Pinetco very early on in our conception process. This certainly turned out to be the best decision in retrospect. No one would have expected such a quick implementation given the scope of processes we needed to map. Thanks to Barbara's team, we were able to transfer our entire website with all the trimmings to the new system and even expand it in the process. We have a functioning CRM that maps all the processes of our customer journey and supports us to an extent that we could not have previously foreseen. Pinetco is always reliably at our side and continues to work on our content during the upcoming adaptation phase, which will certainly take some time. The team is professional and in most cases has a direct overview or works out solutions reliably and quickly. We are already planning the next big steps together, I am very happy that we found you!

Pinetco provided us with excellent support during the transition from our self-built solution in Jira to HubSpot as a modern CRM and lead management system. The team was very competent, understanding and professional throughout the entire process. The migration of our data and processes went smoothly so that we could start seamlessly in HubSpot. The training sessions for our team were also very helpful in enabling us to quickly understand HubSpot's functions and use them efficiently.
