Best B2B marketing advice I've recieved

I've been working 1-1 with Chris for a few months now on some highly tactical LinkedIn strategy. The results have been amazing. The thing I appreciate most about Chris and his team is they truly understand the current state of B2B marketing: empathy, awareness, patience, and trust. Above all, Chris walks the talk. His advice is based on what he's currently doing himself. He's continually running experiments and coaching me off his results. I couldn't recommend Chris and his team enough!

Vision, Strategy and Analysis

Prior to working with Refine Labs we'd done all our marketing in house, ad hoc based on how much energy we had to dedicate to marketing. Most of our business comes from repeat and referral customers and our new conquests were cold calls from our business development reps. We halfheartedly blogged and tweeted when we had time. Chris has since put us on a path to generate outside leads from new channels we've never worked before. Facebook, LinkedIn and targeted email marketing to our list of leads has started generating better opportunities which our sales guys close much faster. We still have a way to go: cleaning up our CRM, developing a consistent marketing calendar and consistently producing relevant content we can use as assets online. Chris is diligent, organized and hardworking. He and his team have an excellent grasp on marketing strategy and which channels to use to produce results. We're very thankful Chris has brought his detail, analysis and expertise to our organization.
