Working with Systony has been an excellent experience, especially thanks to Daan and Randy. Together, we have built our new customer support portal based on a ticketing system, including a customized customer portal that allows our clients to easily create and track their tickets in a clear and transparent way. I worked closely with Daan throughout multiple sessions to develop and tailor the project to our specific needs. He was always attentive, collaborative, and willing to find solutions, even when new requirements or changes came up during the development process. I would also like to highlight Randy’s work during the training sessions. His explanations were clear, practical, and very helpful in helping our team understand the new system and get the most out of HubSpot.
