Meest uitgebreide CRM-integratie met naadloze veldmapping en snelle API-aanroepen, hoewel voor gegevensconsistentie technische expertise vereist is
Als CRM-architect integreer ik vaak systemen met HubSpot en de Salesforce-integratie is de meest uitgebreide.
Mogelijkheid om nieuwe velden aan te maken in beide CRM's en deze naadloos te koppelen. Snelle (meestal onmiddellijke) API-calls, sandbox-opties in beide om te testen voordat ze live gaan.
Mogelijk inconsistente gegevens in Salesforce afhankelijk van technische expertise.

Grote implementatieproblemen en verborgen beperkingen maken dit een frustrerend proces
Ik heb dit een slechte beoordeling gegeven omdat we tegen veel problemen aanliepen die niet duidelijk waren voordat we overstapten op HubSpot.
Beperkte verenigingen (niet meer dan 100k), geen dubbele e-mails, geen native integratie met financiële dienstencloud
