Professioneel en proactief team

Voor ons bedrijf was de implementatie van marketingautomatisering iets compleet nieuws. Frodx nam het proces van implementatie heel soepel op zich met goede begeleiding, projectmanagement en het stellen van veel vragen om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen het begreep. Maar de implementatie was slechts het begin van onze samenwerking. Op dagelijkse basis zijn ze beschikbaar voor al onze vragen, adviseren proactief over verbeteringen en wat voor ons heel belangrijk is, volgen afspraken op. In onze dagelijkse routine verleggen we soms de focus van HubSpot maar ze komen terug met reminders. Hun medewerkers zoeken ook naar oplossingen die een beetje buiten de kaders en standaarden vallen. Frodx: ga zo door alsjeblieft.
