Profesjonalny i proaktywny zespół

Dla naszej firmy wdrożenie automatyzacji marketingu było czymś zupełnie nowym. Frodx bardzo płynnie przeszedł do procesu wdrożenia, udzielając dobrych wskazówek, zarządzając projektem i zadając wiele pytań, aby zapewnić wspólne zrozumienie. Ale wdrożenie było tylko początkiem naszej współpracy. Na co dzień są dostępni na wszystkie nasze pytania, proaktywnie doradzają ulepszenia i co dla nas bardzo ważne, dotrzymują umów. W naszej codziennej rutynie czasami odsuwamy uwagę od HubSpot, ale wracają z przypomnieniami. Ich pracownicy również szukają rozwiązań, które nieco wykraczają poza ramy i standardy.
