1/6 - Fastspring - HubSpot Integration (Intro)
The FastSpring + HubSpot integration simplifies the operational management of your products, pricing, and user accounts via automatic data transfer from FastSpring systems to and from HubSpot. This allows you to combine FastSpring’s powerful payments and subscription management while allowing HubSpot to remain in place as your CRM.
Features
Product Sync From FastSpring to HubSpot
Sync your FastSpring product catalog into HubSpot Products for always up-to-date product data. Allows for detailed line-item reporting to track FastSpring revenue data inside HubSpot.
Order and Subscription sync from FastSpring to HubSpot
Create and Update Order and Subscription events from Fastspring to Hubspot. Keep subscription status, and renewal dates updated on HubSpot Deals. This allows you to use HubSpot to trigger Win-back email, and renewal flows.
Account and contact sync from FastSpring orders to HubSpot
When an order event occurs in FastSpring the integration check if the account or contact exist in HubSpot. It will either create a contact and company OR update existing and associate it with the created deal.
Create FastSpring Quote & Invoice/Payment Links from HubSpot deals
Sales reps can generate Fastspring payment items, like digital invoice link and quote directly from Deal object information. This information can be used to trigger email and revenue reconciliation flows. Quote updates syncs automatically.

The integration keeps your FastSpring and HubSpot data continuously in sync
Orders created in Fastspring will create/update HubSpot Deals, Companies, and Contacts automatically, while Order Items flow into Line Items for detailed revenue tracking. Subscriptions are enriched on Deals with key lifecycle fields (subscription ID, activation date, renewal date, status) that stay updated as changes occur. Quotes and invoices are bi-directional, allowing reps to generate them from HubSpot Deals and automatically update status as they progress (open, pending payment, expired, completed, paid, canceled)
Fastspring Properties are automatically created
When the integration is first enabled, FastSpring automatically creates the necessary custom properties in HubSpot (for example: subscription ID, subscription status, renewal date, quote URL, invoice status). These fields are updated in real time and can be used directly in workflows, filters, and reports — giving teams full control over automation and visibility without manual setup.
