We partnered with SalesMo to design and build a comprehensive sales pipeline for what we thought would be a relatively simple sales process. The discovery phase was strong; their team was engaged and collaborative, but the build-out and implementation did not meet our expectations. The training provided at delivery was brief and lacked the depth we needed to feel confident using the system. After several months of active use, we’ve encountered multiple issues, including broken workflows, automations that don’t trigger as intended, and approaches that don’t align with HubSpot best practices. When we reached out for support, we were told that changes outside of their 30-day post-launch support period would require additional paid work. While we appreciated the initial collaboration, the final product ultimately fell short of what we were expecting based on the scope we discussed. Based on our experience, we would likely explore a different partner in the future.
Working with the Sales Momentum team on our HubSpot setup was a terrific experience. From assisting us in setting up the initial workflows to making sure our team knew how to take maximum advantage of the platform, their support was comprehensive and well-thought-out. They made a potentially difficult transfer much more manageable by being proactive, competent, and responsive!

We used Sales Momentum to migrate our Sales & Marketing portions of our business from Infusionsoft to HubSpot. Simplifying our tags that had been created in the last 5+ years as well as reporting support was very helpful. It was definitely a big project and not without challenges, but the team was incredibly responsive and communicative about the whole process, and I felt like they really cared about making sure we were set up for success every step of the way.
They did not finish the scope and built the most basic system for $25k. Buyer beware
We hired Sales Momentum to get over to HubSpot from a hacked together ActiveCampaign process. The person we worked with through the discovery phase (Dean) was excellent and experienced at being in our shoes. The process was thorough and he really took the time to marry and customize their process to our needs. With a pretty granular set of needs (we're an ad agency and sort of knew what we wanted) the onboarding and execution of our scope hit some pretty granular corners. Evan (the subject matter expert on their end) was extremely knowledgeable, creative, and just smart with how some of these nuances came together. Overall, we met the goal we set out to for this migration and feel that it went significantly smoother and further than trying to accomplish it ourselves or with a one-off freelancer. I'd highly recommend Sales Momentum for HubSpot help or deepening your HubSpot process.
Our experience with sales momentum was great. We had an almost impossible deadline and a lot of high-level integrations we needed to move our CRM from Active Campaign to HubSpot. Evan was phenomenal in handling our very technical transition with speed and efficiency. I do not believe there was a single time within our experience that Evan did not know how to accomplish a task, or how to find the answer. That being said HubSpot is an amazing investment and worth the upgrade to manage our inbound leads. We will be working with them on phase 2 to fill in some of the gaps we intentionally left to fit within our time window.
