A documentação enganosa, os recursos incompletos, o suporte apenas por chatbot e os pacotes de e-mail forçados e superfaturados fazem com que esse produto seja um completo desperdício de US$ 38
O software não funciona como mostrado nas capturas de tela ou descrito no guia passo a passo. Se há alguma "outra maneira" de fazê-lo funcionar, certamente não é da forma como eles explicam, e a documentação é, na melhor das hipóteses, enganosa. Quando entrei em contato com o suporte, fui atendido por um chatbot que só deu respostas do tipo copiar e colar, sem nenhuma ajuda real ou solução de problemas. Para piorar a situação, eles anunciam 250 e-mails gratuitos para começar, mas o obrigam a comprar um bloco de 5.000 e-mails, mesmo que você precise de muito menos. Não há preços flexíveis, nem escalonamento com base no uso real - apenas um incentivo para que você gaste mais em algo de que não precisa. Por US$ 38, não vale a pena. Entre as instruções ruins, a falta de suporte real e os requisitos de e-mail rígidos e superfaturados, é melhor procurar outro produto.

Ferramenta muito boa com integração boa e simples
A função é simples e direta. Descubro se meu e-mail está sendo recebido ou se pode haver vários problemas e riscos. Portanto, se você quiser otimizar suas taxas de rejeição e de abertura, essa é definitivamente uma boa opção.

Demorou um pouco para que as listas correspondentes fossem transferidas de volta para a HubSpot. Isso inicialmente nos causou alguma "confusão".
