Misleidende documentatie, gebroken functies, chatbot-ondersteuning en gedwongen te dure e-mailbundels maken dit een complete verspilling van $38
De software werkt niet zoals te zien is op hun screenshots of zoals beschreven in hun stap-voor-stap handleiding. Als er een "andere manier" is om het te laten werken, dan is het zeker niet de manier waarop ze het uitleggen - en de documentatie is op zijn best misleidend. Toen ik contact opnam met de klantenservice, kreeg ik een chatbot die alleen maar copy-paste antwoorden gaf, zonder echte hulp of probleemoplossing. Nul live hulp, nul verantwoording. Tot overmaat van ramp adverteren ze met 250 gratis e-mails om mee te beginnen, maar dwingen ze je om een blok van 5000 e-mails te kopen, zelfs als je er veel minder nodig hebt. Er is geen flexibele prijsstelling, geen schaling op basis van daadwerkelijk gebruik - alleen maar een push om te veel uit te geven aan iets wat je niet nodig hebt. Voor $38 is het het niet waard. Tussen de slechte instructies, het gebrek aan echte ondersteuning en de rigide, te dure e-mailvereisten kun je beter ergens anders kijken.

Zeer goede tool met goede en eenvoudige INtegratie
De functie is eenvoudig en ongecompliceerd. Ik kom te weten of mijn e-mail wordt ontvangen of dat er verschillende problemen en risico's kunnen zijn. Dus als je je bounce- en openratio's wilt optimaliseren, is dit zeker een goed ding om te doen.
Zeer eenvoudig te integreren
Het duurde even voordat de bijbehorende lijsten weer waren overgezet naar HubSpot. Dit zorgde aanvankelijk voor wat "verwarring".
