Misleading documentation, broken features, chatbot-only support, and forced overpriced email bundles make this a complete waste of $38
The software does not operate as shown in their screenshots or described in their step-by-step guide. If there’s some “other way” to make it work, it’s certainly not the way they explain it — and the documentation is misleading at best. When I reached out to support, I was met with a chatbot that only gave copy-paste answers, with no real help or troubleshooting. Zero live assistance, zero accountability. To make matters worse, they advertise 250 free emails to start but force you to buy a block of 5,000 emails even if you need far fewer. There’s no flexible pricing, no scaling based on actual usage — just a push to overspend on something you don’t need. At $38, it’s not worth it. Between the poor instructions, lack of real support, and rigid, overpriced email requirements, you’re better off looking elsewhere.

Sehr gutes Tool mit guter und einfacher INtegration
Die Funktion ist ja schlicht und einfach. Ich erfahre, ob meine E-Mail ankommt oder ob es damit diverse Probleme und Risiken geben könnte. Wer also seine Bounce udn Öffnungsraten optimieren will, kann das definitiv gut tun.
Sehr einfach zu integrieren
Es hat etwas gedauert, bis die entsprechenden Listen zurück nach HubSpot gespielt wurden. Das hatte bei uns erst für etwas "Verwirrung" gesorgt.
