Utmaningarna med e-handel inom B2B löstes med Unific

När man implementerar en dataintegration mellan en onlinebutik och HubSpot är teamet på Unific och Sandra Gudino verkligen i en egen liga. Det här är en av de integrationer som jag har varit mest upphetsad över i år. E-handel i B2B-affärer är en stor utmaning, men Unific förvandlar det till en tydlig process, en funktionell integration och ett enkelt sätt att bygga automatisering och mätvärden med HubSpot.

Kunnig och konsekvent onboarding

Sandra och teamet på Unific har gjort vår onboarding ganska lätt. HubSpot är en beheamoth av data, åtgärder och automatiseringar att göra, men Sandra och teamet har gjort det enkelt för oss att förstå och att bygga ut det vi behöver. Unific är snabba på att svara på frågor och tillhandahåller utbildning utöver att svara på de frågor vi ställer till dem. Vi ser fram emot att bygga ut ett fantastiskt marknadsförings- och CRM-system med hjälp av Unific.

Solid Solution and Slick Customisations

Unific were very easy to deal with and communication was clear. Their underlying platform appears to be solidly built and provides a great deal of flexibility when connecting HubSpot to Shopify. We then commissioned Unific to build a customisation in HubSpot based on Shopify data. The project was completed with only minor tweaks required to meet all our goals. Our operations team are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Unific.

Great people, amazing work!

Unific helped us with the onboarding process of HubSpot Sales Pro and with the integration with Shopify and Unific's app Quotific that integrates Shopify with HubSpot. Sandra is who we worked with and she was spectacular. She really listened to us and helped a ton with automating our sales process in HubSpot. We even had a very unique use case where we were trying to use the Deal pipeline to help automate some of what we do in fulfillment of orders. She was really great of thinking outside to box to help us to figure out how to best use it. Sandra wasn't afraid to help do the actual automations, but also showed us how to do it. I now feel way more comfortable with HubSpot and the automation capabilities. She also helped us with trying to integrate HubSpot and Shopify with Unific's Quotific app. The app has allowed us to create drafts for Shopify while in HubSpot. The integration is pretty seemless. I really appreciate all of the help getting us all set up.

Robust product & solid customer service

Unific's HubSpot > Magento extension has helped our company create the type of CRM we've always wanted. It's simplistic, offers a variety of helpful RFM metrics which we use to generate additional revenue, and the customer service has been solid!

Excellent onboarding - Super informative and custom to our needs

Sandra did a great job onboarding us on HubSpot and tailored our onboarding to our business needs. She also developed a custom referral system that will drive sales for us in the future.

Highly recommend Unific!

I can't recommend Unific enough. Sandra and her team were essential in taking our email marketing to the next level with some pretty advanced automated workflows. On our first call they took the time to learn everything about our business and then suggested tailored strategies to achieve our goals. Sandra was really patient in setting up the advanced workflows, but also covering off some of the basics that were missed in our initial HubSpot onboarding. By the end of our calls they really felt like an extension of our team!
