Good Customer Support

I was having trouble signing into the SimpleEvents app in HubSpot, so I reached out to the SimpleEvents support team. Justin responded promptly and took the time to ask a few questions to better understand the issue. He then directed me to a helpful article with step-by-step instructions. The article was easy to follow, and I was able to resolve the problem quickly. I really appreciated the quick response and helpful guidance from Justin. Great customer support and a great experience overall!

This is the 2nd time that I haven't been able to sign-in to the SimpleEvents app within HubSpot and had to reach out for support.

Great idea in theory, poor execution

This product is based on a great idea, but I haven't been able to use it confidently yet and their Support seems to be mostly AI chatbot which doesn't always understand the question or provide accurate troubleshooting.

None because I haven't gotten it to work properly

The contact lists that are supposed to be automatically built for event registrants, attendees, and no shows haven't been built properly. When I asked for clarification, I was given incorrect information which caused my event registrants list to be empty on the day of my event and led to emergency support calls as I had people walking into my event. When I tried to go back to SimpleEvents Support to fix issue with future events, I was connected with an AI chatbot that gave incorrect information and I'm still waiting on a resolution to my initial issue.
