Event Management Made Agile with SimpleEvents

Great app for organizations, who organize physical and online events and use HubSpot CRM. Value for Money? SimpleEvents Free plan is good enough for solo entrepreneurs or small businesses, who use HubSpot Starter or Free and organize only a handful of events per year. HubSpot marketing event objects and event registration forms are created automatically by SimpleEvents; however, you must create your lists, automated emails, and landing pages as well as add the automated emails to the registration forms manually. After you've done it a few times it gets easier, because you can clone so many things in HubSpot and SimpleEvents. SimpleEvents Pro plan makes it easy for you to create events, because SimpleEvents will not only create the HubSpot marketing event objects and registration forms, but also lists and automated workflows automatically. You still have to do some things manually, but I believe they will make improvements and make everything more or less automated. Some automated features like the creation of landing pages are only available in the SimpleEvents Enterprise plan. The SimpleEvents Pro plan works with HubSpot Starter and Free plans; however, automated workflows won't work, because workflows are not included in the HubSpot Starter or Free plans, but it looks like HubSpot for Marketers Professional should have all features needed to utilize all automated features SimpleEvents Pro and Enterprise. SimpleEvents Enterprise plan is 4 to 5 times more expensive compared to the Pro plan so it is feasible for marketers working for organizations like event marketing businesses, who organize several paid events on a weekly basis. I haven't seen, how the automated creation of landing pages work, but I believe it will make it easy for marketers to create events quickly and focus on the content creation. Ease of Use SimpleEvents is easy to use, if you have been using HubSpot before. There are still some details that you need to know to make everything work as they should so I recommend watching all SimpleEvents tutorial videos first and follow their YouTube channel and website for new updates and features. Features and Functionality There is a new mobile app upcoming so most of the features are there already and they seem to function as they should. Integrations with social media accounts might be useful and save time so it would be great if you could connect, for example, your LinkedIn account and then SimpleEvents would create a LinkedIn event automatically, if you would select this as an option. Seminar and conference organizers might want to be able to print out badges or stickers at the door, when people check-in at the door or even before the event begins. Support and Documentation SimpleEvents tutorial videos in YouTube are great. When the number of videos grows, then it would be useful to create a playlist for beginners to follow. Starting from the creation of the SimpleEvents account and integration with the HubSpot account.

Seamless integration with HubSpot so the user experience is similar to HubSpot.

Some features are still under development so some things must be done manually, but they are working on the automation features so I believe the app will make it easy to create events quickly and manage them with ease.
