From initial ideas to successful launch working with Stackory has brought our vision to life. Partnering with Stackory to rebuild a customized registration platform has allowed us to further invest and reap the benefits of a more cohesive and streamlined program. Their knowledge of the golf administration landscape was key to utilizing and building custom APIs and workflows that integrate with Stripe, HubSpot and our centralized computation database to ensure timely and accurate membership registration and renewals. In addition, Stackory helped to stand up our Help Desk within HubSpot. This included setting up automations for specific communications, creating ticket categories, tokenized ticket responses and response analytics. Through their guidance, we are now able to track membership statistics (joins, renews, laspses), target abandon carts, engage with current and lapsed members and incorporate/track marketing tags.
