We didn't really know what we wanted - we simply knew that it needed to be better. We've asked Kevin to write down an adaptation strategy for our move from SF to HS and he laid it out so effective that we had hardly any resistance internally. During our onboarding everything was clear and good - he took the time to repeat himself multiple times to ensure we we're all on the same page. It really felt these we're our own ideas however we had no idea. He guided us through this. The onboarding was fast en we we're able to bring our team over in 2 months and now we fully live in HubSpot and we've been able to leave excel sheets and SF pages behind us.
