Automate Onboarding and Monitor Customer Health

We are using our HubSpot LearnUpon integration to automate our customer onboarding. We use the integration to create and enroll users in LearnUpon via HubSpot Workflows. We also use an API workflow in HubSpot to send of CUDs which we use to enroll users into groups. On our onboarding projects, our team can see all the courses their clients have been enrolled in and when they finish the courses. This includes courses the clients enroll themselves in via out catalog. We are also in the process if implementing LearnUpon Anywhere to embed microlearning into our platform. We are moving our helpdesk to Support Hub, once this is complete, our support will be able to see what courses a client has taken, struggles they had during onboarding, and if they've completed a LearnUpon Anywhere course to better help them quickly support our clients. They will also be able to enroll clients into microlearning courses as part of simple how to support related questions. We are also exploring how our integration with Pendo will be able to provide us if customers are able to complete the process after completing the microlearning courses. Long term, we are also hoping to identify customers who are struggling via Pendo and proactively enroll them in courses in LearnUpon.

Helps automate SaaS onboarding, provides metrics on how clients are progressing so our onboarding team can tailor to the customer needs, helps provide a wholistic view of client health and anticipate client needs.

Setting up the API workflow was challenging. LearnUpon helped us, but if your engineering can't help with the lift, it's a little more challenging. There are a few features that I would love to see: integration with HubSpot's Knowledge Base and/or Customer Portal, the ability to enroll users in Learning Paths or Learning Journeys, and the ability to import surveys into HubSpot from LearnUpon.
