In the fall of 2021, I was right where you are now - searching for a HubSpot partner by browsing the Solutions Directory. Waypost caught my eye for three main reasons: 1) they are a Gold Solutions Partner, 2) they offer many HubSpot solutions, not just web development, and 3) they specialize in our industry. Their reviews and offered solutions convinced us to contact Waypost for more information. Doug and the team were very friendly, not pushy at all, and clearly communicated what a partnership looked like. They took time out of their day to work with us to ensure (before ever mentioning a contract) that they were prepared to take over our account from our last developer and lay out a plan for growth and improvement. We started working with Waypost back in 2005 for SEO and PPC services, but as our marketing needs changed, so did our partnership. In February 2016 we reevaluated our digital marketing efforts and agreed that what we were doing was no longer enough to continue ranking well, and no longer the right strategy to speak to the modern consumer. We then decided to upgrade to Inbound Marketing with HubSpot, and ever since our traffic, rankings, and quality of contacts have improved dramatically. Obviously, the steady influx of leads is enough to delight us, but their customer service is icing on the cake. Doug and Danielle have proven time and time again they have our best interests at heart; they are always quick to respond when we reach out to them, they have committed to getting to know our business like it's their own. We simply could not be more pleased.
