Data is synced to the Contact record in HubSpot
Delighted's HubSpot integration runs a look-up, based on the email address, and syncs over core response details (score, comment, score type, etc.) to properties on the Contact record.
Embed Delighted CX Template into HubSpot
If you already email your customers through HubSpot, you can easily leverage those messaging flows to collect feedback as well. Just embed your fully customized Delighted surveys into your HubSpot emails.

Not Delighted
We had a few issues with the system getting set up, but the real problem is that their customer support went on radio silence. Repeated attempts to get a response from them through every channel I can find have gone unanswered. Submitting this form is really just my latest attempt to get through to their support team.
Simple.
Extremely limited in capabilities.
