Helt ødelagt installationsproces gør dette ubrugeligt efter en hel måneds forsøg
Efter en måned kan jeg stadig ikke bruge JustCall.

Fantastisk HubSpot-integration, men dårlig support og forvirrende interface gør det svært at anbefale
Efter et par ugers brug kunne jeg stadig ikke teste SMS. Fantastisk integration med HubSpot, men ikke særlig intuitiv UI og UX.
Integrationen af kontrakter med HubSpot er problemfri. SMS-skabelonen ser fantastisk ud (mangler stadig at teste den). AI-agentens telefonsvar er naturligt.
1) Kunne ikke få en solid hjælp og support fra Justcall-teamet for at få 10DLC-godkendelse. 3 uger i processen indtil videre og stadig ikke godkendt. 2) Udskrifterne af voicemail eller voicecall føjes ikke til tidslinjen for noter til kontakter i HubSpot, og du skal klikke på links og finde dem - ikke let at bruge. Slet ikke intuitivt. 3) Opkaldsnoter i kontaktnoter i HubSpot indeholder for mange oplysninger; de er svære at læse og ikke lette at gennemse. 4) Tidslinjen for tekst og opkald for en enkelt kontrakt er ikke let at følge. Når jeg ser på mine telefontekster for en kontakt, kan jeg se, hvad samtalen gik ud på, om jeg gik glip af et opkald fra dem og detaljer om de voicemails, jeg modtog. Jeg forventede, at Justcall ville vise mig en tidslinje som den, jeg har i min Android-opkaldsapp på min telefon. (Se Google voice for et godt eksempel). Generelt er der masser af integration, men brugergrænsefladen er ikke intuitiv. Kigger på andre opkaldsapps i øjeblikket
