Sync data between Acumatica CRM and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Acumatica CRM and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Important note: This is a sync with the Acumatica CRM. It is not a sync with the ERP.
Funktioner
Sync Acumatica CRM and HubSpot in the background
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing data (see below) between HubSpot and Acumatica CRM. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one. You can also add a filter for any Acumatica CRM field or HubSpot list to sync exactly what you want—and nothing you don’t.
Custom Field Mappings
Out-of-the-box default field mappings make set-up quick and keep your data clean and organized. Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or above. Acumatica custom field types will only sync one-way into HubSpot.

Each object has field mappings that connect matching information from each app. Default mappings are listed below. If you want to change these default mappings or create your own, custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter and up.
Note: Custom field mappings can only be set up syncing from Acumatica towards HubSpot.

Kun CRM-synkronisering er begrænsende
Det kan være umuligt at flytte salg til HubSpot uden en mere omfattende integration, der ikke kræver, at man opbygger den samme ordre på flere platforme. Vi har som minimum brug for synkronisering af aktiviteter og aftaler.
Acumatica er kernen i vores forretningsdrift og er sandhedens kilde til salgsordrer, fakturering og meget mere.

Det fungerer ikke godt - - Synkroniseringen fungerer ikke korrekt, medmindre vi manuelt udløser den fra tid til anden - den "lytter" bestemt ikke - Integrationen er for enkel til at matche kompleksiteten i Acumatica. integrationen tager sig kun af forretningskonti og kontakter, og den viser heller ikke hele de tilgængelige felter i disse dac-tabeller. - Hvad med AR.Customers-tabellen og salgsordretabellen, så vi kan skubbe "tilbud"/ordrer til HubSpot? - Hvad med CRM-tabellerne? ville være rart at have sager synkroniseret med HubSpot Samlet set skal integrationen bare være mere robust og omfattende
