Sync data between Acumatica CRM and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Acumatica CRM and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Important note: This is a sync with the Acumatica CRM. It is not a sync with the ERP.

Sync Acumatica CRM and HubSpot in the background
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing data (see below) between HubSpot and Acumatica CRM. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one. You can also add a filter for any Acumatica CRM field or HubSpot list to sync exactly what you want—and nothing you don’t.
Custom Field Mappings
Out-of-the-box default field mappings make set-up quick and keep your data clean and organized. Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or above. Acumatica custom field types will only sync one-way into HubSpot.

Each object has field mappings that connect matching information from each app. Default mappings are listed below. If you want to change these default mappings or create your own, custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter and up.
Note: Custom field mappings can only be set up syncing from Acumatica towards HubSpot.

거래 정보를 동기화하지 않고 어떻게 CRM 동기화를 할 수 있나요?
사용하기 불편합니다. 처음에는 아예 작동하지 않았지만, HubSpot 지원팀과 상당한 시간을 들여서야 간신히 작동하게 만들었습니다. 이로 인해 Acumatica 측에서 연락처와 회사 정보 동기화가 중단된 상태로 남아, API 요청을 끊임없이 증가시키며 엄청난 양을 소모하고 있습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 바로 이겁니다. 거래 내역이 동기화되지 않습니다! 도대체 어떻게 이런 일이 가능할까요!?
정말 잘 모르겠네요.
구현이 제대로 되지 않은 것 같네요. 게다가 불완전하기도 하고요.

CRM 동기화만 제한되는 경우
여러 플랫폼에서 동일한 주문을 구축할 필요가 없는 보다 포괄적인 통합 없이는 HubSpot으로 판매를 이전하는 것이 불가능할 수 있습니다. 최소한 활동 및 거래 동기화가 필요합니다.
Acumatica는 비즈니스 운영의 핵심이며 판매 주문 송장 발행 등을 위한 데이터의 원천입니다.
