Ekstremt frustrerende, vildledende markedsføring
HubSpot skal holde op med at sige "LinkedIn Sales Navigator". Det er i virkeligheden LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced Plus - det er den højeste og dyreste plan på LinkedIn, som kun er tilgængelig for større teams. Vi har et almindeligt LinkedIn Navigator-abonnement. Min virksomhed og mit salgsteam er ikke stort nok til at retfærdiggøre Advanced Plus. Så at finde ud af, at jeg ikke kan bruge det, vi har, når vi har købt HubSpot, er direkte irriterende. Vi flyttede fra SalesForce, hvor vores abonnement var perfekt nok til at vise kontaktoplysninger i Contact og Account.
