Fantastisk oplevelse

At arbejde med 3 & FOUR har været intet mindre end enestående. Aafaq og Adeel leder et team, hvis styrke ligger i deres sjældne kombination af kompetence, effektivitet, integritet og strategisk præcision. Lige fra starten gik de til vores projekt med en klar vision og evnen til at udføre det fejlfrit. De specialbyggede vores CRM fra bunden og leverede en løsning, der ikke kun var skræddersyet til vores behov, men som også blev færdiggjort rettidigt uden at gå på kompromis med kvaliteten. Hvert skridt på vejen var de tilgængelige for at besvare spørgsmål, give vejledning og sikre, at vi forstod systemet fuldt ud. Det, der virkelig adskiller dem, er deres tankegang - de leder efter måder at sige "ja" på og få tingene til at ske i stedet for at bruge tid på at forklare, hvorfor noget ikke kan lade sig gøre. Vi hyrede Adeel og hans team til at skabe et program, der hjalp med at integrere og opdatere quickbooks-historik i HubSpot. Helt fra begyndelsen var Adeel og hans team på forkant med præcis, hvad vi havde brug for, og skabte et kompliceret brugerdefineret program, der gav os præcis, hvad vi bad om. De er meget lydhøre over for ethvert behov, vi har, og vendte projektet rundt på meget kort tid. De kender HubSpot ud og ind. Jeg vil ikke tøve med at anbefale dem til nogen.

Fremragende HubSpot-implementering til vores startup

3 & Four var medvirkende til at få Cohart op at køre med HubSpot. Som en lille nystartet virksomhed havde vi brug for vejledning i CRM-implementering, opsætning af e-mailmarketing og generel onboarding af platformen - og de leverede varen på alle fronter. Deres team var utroligt tålmodigt med vores spørgsmål og tog sig tid til at forstå vores specifikke behov som en virksomhed i en tidlig fase. CRM-implementeringen var problemfri, og de hjalp os med at opsætte workflows for e-mailmarketing, som faktisk giver mening for vores forretningsmodel. Det, der imponerede mig mest, var, at de ikke bare lavede den tekniske opsætning og gik - de sørgede for, at vi forstod, hvordan vi skulle bruge alt det, de havde bygget til os. 3&Four have provided top notch service for our company and I would highly recommend their services. They have helped us take our limited HubSpot CRM and gave it a much-needed facelift in order for our company and team to better utilize HubSpot. They are extremely easy to work with and every request we have has been thoroughly research, reviewed and implemented in order to provide us with the best solutions. Previously we had limited, if any, automations and very poor reports/dashboards. With 3&Four's guidance, help and solutions, we now have many automations in place that have drastically improved communication and streamlining of processes within our company and team. Prior to working with them, we had no set reports or proper dashboards for reporting metrics, but now we have 4 master, detailed, visually appealing dashboards and over 18 individual or sub-dashboards for all our metrics. They are not only efficient and dependable but also quick to provide the solutions. Everything is completed and implemented in a timely fashion. Their availability and flexibility are also very appreciated; scheduling meetings and calls to review requests is quick and easy. I cannot speak highly enough of 3&Four and all their hard work.

Amazing Experience working with 3&Four

We had a wonderful experience with Adeel and Aafaq from 3 and Four. They were very thorough and super patient with us and were able to figure out a system for a very complicated pipeline and tricky data uploads. They are incredibly smart and always had ideas and solutions. They took feedback very well and had no problem pivoting when we thought of things we had previously forgotten to mention. I have worked with a lot of tech people in the past years and have never had such a great experience as I did with them. They also always had their videos on so it was nice because you were actually talking to a human on the other side. They adapted to our time zone as well and were always able to make a quick meeting when we needed help. They even led an onboarding for our employees and even after the project have been willing to help us out. 10/10 recommend!
