No Incoming Calls Support - Do NOT chose Exotel!
Exotel is easy to set-up and integrate with HubSpot however the sales team did not clearly inform us about the fact that Exotel does not support incoming calls on HubSpot at all! Exotel presents misleading information in this integration article as well. The incoming calls details (notifications, recordings, duration, caller, etc) do not show up in HubSpot. Their support team was unresponsive and inconsistent. For every business using HubSpot CRM, please consider other cloud telephony options like Knowlarity, Call Hippo, etc.
