수신 전화 미지원 - Exotel은 절대 선택하지 마세요!
Exotel은 설정과 HubSpot 연동이 간편하지만, 영업팀에서는 Exotel이 HubSpot에서 수신 전화를 전혀 지원하지 않는다는 사실을 저희에게 명확히 알려주지 않았습니다! Exotel은 이 연동 관련 문서에서도 오해의 소지가 있는 정보를 제공하고 있습니다. 수신 전화 세부 정보(알림, 녹음, 통화 시간, 발신자 등)가 HubSpot에 표시되지 않습니다. Exotel의 지원팀은 응답이 느리고 일관성이 없었습니다. HubSpot CRM을 사용하는 모든 기업은 Knowlarity, Call Hippo 등과 같은 다른 클라우드 전화 서비스를 고려해 보시기 바랍니다.
