Geen ondersteuning voor inkomende gesprekken – Kies NIET voor Exotel!
Exotel is eenvoudig in te stellen en te integreren met HubSpot, maar het verkoopteam heeft ons niet duidelijk geïnformeerd over het feit dat Exotel inkomende gesprekken via HubSpot helemaal niet ondersteunt! Ook in dit integratieartikel geeft Exotel misleidende informatie. De details van inkomende gesprekken (meldingen, opnames, duur, beller, enz.) worden niet weergegeven in HubSpot. Hun ondersteuningsteam reageerde niet en was inconsequent. Voor elk bedrijf dat HubSpot CRM gebruikt: overweeg alstublieft andere cloudtelefonie-opties zoals Knowlarity, Call Hippo, enz.
