Exotelは設定が簡単で、HubSpotとの連携も容易ですが、営業チームからは、ExotelがHubSpotでの着信を一切サポートしていないという事実について、明確な説明がありませんでした！ Exotelは、この連携に関する記事においても誤解を招く情報を掲載しています。 着信の詳細（通知、録音、通話時間、発信者など）は HubSpot に表示されません。また、サポートチームの対応は不誠実で一貫性がありませんでした。 HubSpot CRM をご利用の企業様には、Knowlarity や Call Hippo などの他のクラウドテレフォニーソリューションをご検討いただくことをお勧めします。
