Umgehung der QBO-Integration trotz einiger Verbindungsabbrüche, die zusätzliche Formulare erforderten
Eigentlich haben wir keine HubSpot-Zahlungen verwendet, sondern QBO-Zahlungslinks eingebunden.
Wir haben QBO und verwenden es für unsere Buchhaltung und den Geldeingang (freiwillig).
Die Verbindung zwischen HubSpot und QBO war unterbrochen, so dass wir für die Lücke Formulare verwenden mussten.

Gute Preise, aber stark eingeschränkte Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und frustrierende Verzögerungen bei der Zahlungsabwicklung
Das ist in Ordnung. Die Verzögerungen im System sind ein bisschen lang. Zum Beispiel war die Zahlung beglichen, aber die Rechnung wurde erst am nächsten Tag als bezahlt angezeigt. Ein großes Problem für uns ist auch der fehlende Rabatt pro Zahlungsmethode. Wir wollen ACH-Rabatte für unsere Kunden, wenn sie eine Rechnung erhalten und uns online bezahlen. Das ist nicht möglich.
Die Preise sind gut.
Die Kontrolle über die Erfahrung ist begrenzt. Vielleicht sehr begrenzt. Sie können keine auf der Zahlungsmethode basierenden Rabatte steuern. Die Adresse kann nicht aus der Rechnung entfernt / die Vorlage nicht angepasst werden. Die Statusaktualisierungen scheinen 24-Stunden-Batch-basiert zu sein und nicht in Echtzeit.
