QBO-integraation kanssa löytyi kiertotie huolimatta joistakin ylimääräisiä lomakkeita vaativista yhteyden katkeamisongelmista.
Itse asiassa emme käyttäneet HubSpot-maksuja, jotka yhdistimme QBO-maksulinkkeihin.
Meillä on QBO ja käytämme sitä kirjanpitoon ja varojen vastaanottamiseen (vapaaehtoisesti).
HubSpotin ja QBO:n välillä ei ollut yhteyttä, joten meidän oli käytettävä lomakkeita kuilun korjaamiseen.

Hyvät hinnat, mutta erittäin rajallinen räätälöinti ja turhauttavia viiveitä maksujen käsittelyssä.
Ei se mitään. Järjestelmän viiveet ovat hieman pitkät. Esimerkiksi maksu oli maksettu, mutta lasku näkyi maksettuna vasta seuraavana päivänä. Lisäksi meille suuri ongelma on maksutapakohtaisen alennuksen puuttuminen. Haluamme ACH-alennuksia asiakkaillemme, jotka saavat laskun ja maksavat meille verkossa. Se ei onnistu.
Hinnat ovat hyvät.
Kokemuksen hallinta on rajallista. Ehkä hyvin rajallinen. Maksutapaan perustuvia alennuksia ei voi hallita. Ei voi poistaa osoitetta laskusta / muokata mallia. Tilapäivitykset näyttävät olevan 24 tunnin eräpohjaisia vs. reaaliaikaisia.
