Overpriced Stripe wrapper that nickel and dimes customers with unnecessary fees when you can set up the same thing for free
Not working well at all. Left HubSpot for a CRM that offers more features without expensive add ons. HubSpot likes to add a fee onto accepting payments when it is nothing more than a stripe integration which can be done yourself for no fee.

Fees added to customers when HubSpot does nothing. I setup the same thing through stripe for free. You folks love to nickel and dime people to death, and you make basic functions a "Pro" add on, which is why I have left HubSpot for good for a CRM that offers more value to their customers. Your support is under whelming, and your FAQ is outdated. Sync rarely works as it should, and has little customization.

Payment took too long
Payment fee was unexpected and the time it took to receive my payment was too long. I won't use again.
