Veel te dure Stripe wrapper die klanten onnodige kosten in rekening brengt terwijl je hetzelfde gratis kunt doen
Werkt helemaal niet goed. Heb HubSpot verlaten voor een CRM dat meer functies biedt zonder dure extra's. HubSpot voegt graag kosten toe aan het accepteren van betalingen terwijl het niets meer is dan een stripe-integratie die je zelf zonder kosten kunt uitvoeren.
Zeer weinig
Kosten toegevoegd aan klanten terwijl HubSpot niets doet. Ik heb hetzelfde gratis via stripe ingesteld. Jullie houden ervan om mensen dood te schelden en jullie maken van basisfuncties een "Pro" add-on, daarom heb ik HubSpot voorgoed verlaten voor een CRM dat meer waarde biedt aan hun klanten. Jullie support is ondermaats en jullie FAQ is verouderd. Sync werkt zelden zoals het zou moeten, en er is weinig maatwerk.

De betalingskosten waren onverwacht en het duurde te lang voordat ik mijn betaling ontving. Ik zal het niet meer gebruiken.
