Nahtlose Integration von CRM-Anrufen verändert die Möglichkeiten von Contact Centern
Die Kommunikationsfähigkeiten von HubSpot erweitern sich erheblich und machen es in Verbindung mit Krispcall zu einer umfassenderen Contact Center-Lösung ohne hohe Kosten oder Komplexität.
Mit Krispcall, das in HubSpot eingebettet ist, können wir direkt vom CRM aus Anrufe tätigen und entgegennehmen, ohne die Anwendung wechseln zu müssen.
Es gibt nur begrenzte fortgeschrittene Analysen direkt in HubSpot, tiefere Metriken erfordern manchmal externe Berichte.

Die nahtlose HubSpot-Integration, die automatische Synchronisierung und die äußerst benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche haben meinen chaotischen Arbeitsablauf in organisierte Effizienz verwandelt.
Ehrlich gesagt, war die Verwaltung von Anrufen und Nachfassaktionen vor KrispCall sehr mühsam. Ich musste zwischen verschiedenen Tools hin- und herspringen, Notizen manuell protokollieren, und es war leicht, Dinge zu übersehen. Jetzt kann ich direkt von HubSpot aus Anrufe tätigen, alle meine Notizen und Anrufprotokolle werden automatisch synchronisiert, und die Benutzeroberfläche ist super einfach zu bedienen. Das hat die tägliche Nachbereitung so viel einfacher gemacht und mir eine Menge Zeit gespart - ich fühle mich viel organisierter und habe den Überblick.
Anrufe können direkt von HubSpot aus getätigt werden, alle Notizen und Anrufprotokolle werden automatisch synchronisiert, die Benutzeroberfläche ist benutzerfreundlich, die Einrichtung ist einfach, und die tägliche Nachbereitung wird erheblich erleichtert.
Ehrlich gesagt, kann ich mir keine Nachteile vorstellen - ich bin sehr zufrieden damit
