Naadloze integratie van CRM-gesprekken transformeert mogelijkheden van contactcentra
De communicatiemogelijkheden van HubSpot worden aanzienlijk uitgebreid, waardoor het een completere contact center oplossing wordt zonder hoge kosten of complexiteit in combinatie met Krispcall.
We kunnen direct vanuit het CRM bellen en gebeld worden, zonder tussen apps te hoeven schakelen, met Krispcall ingebouwd in HubSpot.
Er zijn beperkte geavanceerde analyses direct binnen HubSpot, voor diepere statistieken zijn soms externe rapporten nodig.

Game-changer voor call management - naadloze HubSpot integratie, automatische synchronisatie en super gebruiksvriendelijke interface die mijn chaotische workflow transformeerde in georganiseerde efficiëntie
Eerlijk gezegd, voor KrispCall was het beheren van gesprekken en follow-ups zo'n gedoe. Ik moest tussen verschillende tools springen, handmatig notities bijhouden en het was makkelijk om dingen over het hoofd te zien. Nu kan ik rechtstreeks vanuit HubSpot bellen, al mijn notities en gespreksverslagen worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd en de interface is super eenvoudig te gebruiken. Het heeft echt de dagelijkse follow-ups zoveel soepeler gemaakt en me een hoop tijd bespaard - ik voel me veel meer georganiseerd en op de top van de dingen.
Gesprekken kunnen direct vanuit HubSpot worden gevoerd, alle notities en gesprekslogs worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd, de interface is gebruiksvriendelijk, de installatie is eenvoudig en het maakt dagelijkse follow-ups veel eenvoudiger.
Eerlijk gezegd kan ik geen nadelen bedenken - ik ben er erg blij mee.
