Our CRM Is Finally Up to Date
It helps me provide a better customer experience because I always have the context before making another call.
If I'm honest, our HubSpot records weren't very consistent before. People were busy, calls weren't always logged, and information was easy to miss. Since using KrispCall, the CRM has become much more accurate because most of the important activity is recorded automatically.
The overall experience has been positive, but I still notice that call activities sometimes take a little while to appear in HubSpot. It's never been a huge issue, but faster syncing would make the workflow feel smoother.

Makes My Job Easier Every Day
It's helping us keep customer communication organized and making follow-ups much easier than before.
I wouldn't call it a flashy product, but it does the everyday things well. Calling from HubSpot and having calls logged automatically has made my routine a bit easier.
I think reporting could be improved, especially if you're trying to track team performance in more detail.
