Worth It for Daily Calling Workflows
I use it every day, and it never lets me down.
Every incoming and outgoing call is automatically logged in HubSpot with recordings attached.My team can call leads directly from HubSpot deals and contacts, so it has been easy for any employee here to work.

Excellent HubSpot integration with seamless click-to-call, though call queuing features need more development
We use krispcall for support as well as sales and the HubSpot integration works just as well for customer success.
Genuinely did not expect the click to call from HubSpot to work this well. One click on a contact number, call launches immediately, logs itself when it ends.
some features aircall had around call queuing are not as developed in krispcall yet.
