Seamless CRM calling integration transforms contact center capabilities
HubSpot's communication capabilities expand significantly turning it into a more complete contact center solution without heavy cost or complexity when paried with Krispcall.
We can make and receive calls directly from the CRM without switching any apps with Krispcall embedded inside HubSpot.
There is limited advanced analytics directly inside HubSpot, deeper metrics sometimes require external reports.
