Excellent integration that streamlines workflows and keeps contact data perfectly synced
Krispcall + HubSpot integration is a solid choice if you are doing regular calls and follow-ups. Also, it can greatly streamline workflows and reduce manual data entry.
The contact data is kept aligned between Krispcall and HubSpot. If you add or update contacts in one, the other updates automatically. This helps reduce manual data entry or duplication.
While Krispcall works fine for standard call logging and history, it may lack more advanced call center metrics.
