Instant Clarity to improve Sales Strategy & RevOps
You know the feeling where you know exactly what to do after you have an "Aha!" moment? Well, that's what happened after installing Stack and working with the folks at Stack. Stack gave us new way to view our RevOps and made it obvious what we need to fix first to improve and shorten our sales cycle. Now, we're focused on fixing some easy, near term wins for our team while we take a fresh look at our overall Sales Strategy driven by Stack. The team feels on the same page and are excited about what's ahead!

supercharges HubSpot's CRM and pipeline management
Stack solves an essential part of sales pipeline management and analysis: deal stage definition, overall velocity, expectation setting, and accountability (we call it pipeline "compliance"). Most sales cycles have an expected duration, including measuring that duration by stage. The likelihood that a particular deal closes tends to go down the longer past the average duration it sits in the pipeline. It's impossible to do any of this analysis and management with HubSpot (we tried extensively). Stack solves this, full stop, and automates the process as well. ESSENTIAL. This is of course on top of all the playbook functionality that is well beyond the out of box stuff from HubSpot. Highly recommend for any team trying to improve their deal velocity.
