Notre intégration à HubSpot, en particulier à notre ERP, n'a pas été simple. HubSpot avait beaucoup de restrictions et des processus et ressources d'intégration et de migration de données médiocres. Cependant, Digital Media Stream a rendu notre parcours HubSpot fluide, efficace et complètement adapté à nos besoins. Dave, Pete et Lawrence se sont surpassés pour rester au top d'une intégration difficile, nous les avons trouvés incroyablement bien informés, réactifs et patients. Nous avons maintenant quelque chose de vraiment positif dans notre entreprise qui donne des impulsions quotidiennes sur l'activité des clients à nos représentants des ventes dans une seule maison. Smooth Onboarding To HubSpot In A Tight Timescale

We very much enjoyed working with Digital Media Stream, taking our onboarding process very smoothly for what is always a tough and difficult time. We added the challenge that the project was time sensitive. The team were quick to respond, helpful at all stages and provided a clear path for us to work through. During the process we did identify a few key challenges with the software (HubSpot) not being able to achive what we needed and had to adapt and create some workarounds during the development. Would recomend highly and would use them again.

Alexander (Al) was fantastic at onboarding us to HubSpot. It's a very complex task, and it was as seamless as these things can be, given there will always be curveballs. We had regular video calls to check in on progress and this helped expedite the new system in a timely manner which our team is now successfully using. This has transferred how we operate as a team.
