Onze onboarding naar HubSpot, met name de integratie met onze ERP, was niet eenvoudig. HubSpot had veel beperkingen en slechte datamigratie- en integratieprocessen en -middelen. Digital Media Stream maakte onze reis naar HubSpot echter soepel, efficiënt en volledig afgestemd op onze behoeften. Dave, Pete en Lawrence deden meer dan hun best om bovenop een uitdagende integratie te blijven en we vonden dat ze ongelooflijk deskundig, ontvankelijk en geduldig waren. We hebben nu iets heel positiefs in ons bedrijf dat onze verkopers in één huis dagelijks informatie geeft over de activiteit van onze klanten. Digital Media Stream is een geweldige partner en we kijken ernaar uit om in de toekomst met hen te blijven samenwerken.

Smooth Onboarding To HubSpot In A Tight Timescale

We very much enjoyed working with Digital Media Stream, taking our onboarding process very smoothly for what is always a tough and difficult time. We added the challenge that the project was time sensitive. The team were quick to respond, helpful at all stages and provided a clear path for us to work through. During the process we did identify a few key challenges with the software (HubSpot) not being able to achive what we needed and had to adapt and create some workarounds during the development. Would recomend highly and would use them again.

Alexander (Al) was fantastic at onboarding us to HubSpot. It's a very complex task, and it was as seamless as these things can be, given there will always be curveballs. We had regular video calls to check in on progress and this helped expedite the new system in a timely manner which our team is now successfully using. This has transferred how we operate as a team.
