We signed up for HubSpot just over a year ago, thinking we could manage the onboarding ourselves without any prior experience. After a year filled with challenges and some trial and error, we decided it was time to get some expert help, which is when we were introduced to Digital Media Stream. Our business tasked DMS with HubSpot onboarding in a tight timeframe. The development teams had expert knowledge, met the brief and hit the deadlines but the star of the show was our account manager, Charlotte. She has a calm and friendly approach combined with a strong understanding of the platforms and requirements. She pulled many different threads into one plan, anticipated issues before they arose and kept us all on track with clear communication and a slick system of task management. Smooth Onboarding To HubSpot In A Tight Timescale

We very much enjoyed working with Digital Media Stream, taking our onboarding process very smoothly for what is always a tough and difficult time. We added the challenge that the project was time sensitive. The team were quick to respond, helpful at all stages and provided a clear path for us to work through. During the process we did identify a few key challenges with the software (HubSpot) not being able to achive what we needed and had to adapt and create some workarounds during the development. Would recomend highly and would use them again.

Patience of a saint!

Alexander (Al) was fantastic at onboarding us to HubSpot. It's a very complex task, and it was as seamless as these things can be, given there will always be curveballs. We had regular video calls to check in on progress and this helped expedite the new system in a timely manner which our team is now successfully using. This has transferred how we operate as a team.
