Our onboarding to HubSpot, particularly in integrating to our ERP was not straightforward. HubSpot had a lot of restrictions and poor data migration and integration processes and resources. However Digital Media Stream made our HubSpot journey smooth, efficient, and completely tailored to our needs. Dave, Pete and Lawrence went above and beyond in staying on top of a challenging integration, we found them to be incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. We now have something really positive in our business giving daily pulses on customer activity to our sales reps in a single home. Smooth Onboarding To HubSpot In A Tight Timescale

We very much enjoyed working with Digital Media Stream, taking our onboarding process very smoothly for what is always a tough and difficult time. We added the challenge that the project was time sensitive. The team were quick to respond, helpful at all stages and provided a clear path for us to work through. During the process we did identify a few key challenges with the software (HubSpot) not being able to achive what we needed and had to adapt and create some workarounds during the development. Would recomend highly and would use them again.

Alexander (Al) was fantastic at onboarding us to HubSpot. It's a very complex task, and it was as seamless as these things can be, given there will always be curveballs. We had regular video calls to check in on progress and this helped expedite the new system in a timely manner which our team is now successfully using. This has transferred how we operate as a team.
