Qallann is a strategy-first marketing consultancy based in Nairobi, working with businesses across Kenya, East Africa, and Africa. We work at the layer most agencies skip - the examination of who the buyer is, what they are deciding, and whether the marketing is built on a confirmed picture of that - before any execution begins. The businesses we work with are B2B professional services, data and research companies, NGOs, and founder-led businesses at the growth stage. Most come to us because the marketing is active but the results are not following the effort, or because a tool they have been paying for is not being used. We have been in this conversation since 2018. The fix is consistent: start upstream, confirm the foundation, build to it.
