My firm has worked with TSL Marketing over the last year for a major ERP platform sales campaign to identify prospects and drive OI. Having worked with several similar firms in the past, the success rate for identifying qualified leads with an appropriate contact was probably in the teens and definitely not above 25%. Over the past year, TSL's outbound team has been delivering qualified leads with the right prospect contact (could be an influencer or decision maker) about 75% of the time which is far higher than any previous experience.
