Delivering great content and prospects

My firm has worked with TSL Marketing over the last year for a major ERP platform sales campaign to identify prospects and drive OI. Having worked with several similar firms in the past, the success rate for identifying qualified leads with an appropriate contact was probably in the teens and definitely not above 25%. Over the past year, TSL's outbound team has been delivering qualified leads with the right prospect contact (could be an influencer or decision maker) about 75% of the time which is far higher than any previous experience. In addition to the initial calls, they continue to stay involved where needed as well as following up when a first call doesn't become a second call as expected. In support of those leads, TSL created or helped us update our website and content ensuring clients and prospects have a productive experience.
