Worst integration, we have a CRM and end up using the whatsapp app to make it work.
It has not been useful, we do not have enough integrations in the CRM, we have to use the Whatsapp application which makes it unproductive to have a CRM taking into account its value and what other CRMs offer you.
In theory, everything is managed from a single location
It does not have all the necessary functions to sell, it is not sufficiently well integrated functions, you can not add images in the default messages, you can not send audios, or make calls, which other CRMs allow you to do.

Dissatisfied
At the moment it generated more bureaucracy because you have to create the contacts and because if you do not reply within 24 hours you cannot keep in touch with the customer.
