Misleading sales promises and disappointing onboarding experience despite helpful support staff
I was sold many things that were not what I was told they would be. Particularly the onboarding
Theo who is assisting me with onbourding is great!
My sales guy was not candid about what I would be getting with the onboarding. I paid for live onboarding, but instead got someone who tells me what to do. And it's barely once a week. So my boss, not only paid extra for the onboarding, he also has to be me to sit their and do it. And by the time we have and MVP, two month was lost. Not only that, so many features are limited. For the cost of HubSpot, basic things should be their.
