Recent Updates Made Things More Confusing to Navigate
The integration has been updated over the last year, and I preferred how it worked previously. It's now clunky and confusing to navigate.

Great for creating content but integration issues and poor support make it frustrating to use effectively
I am easily able to create content in Canva, but I have not been able to use those in HubSpot. Perhaps my subscriptions limit me.
The automation of sequences in HubSpot is simple and saves time.
Functionality in HubSpot is not user friendly, and trainings often show screens different than my access. Also, support does not respond expeditiously and sometimes, not at all.
