Bring the context from customer calls into HubSpot. Reception by ElevenAgents is an AI receptionist for small businesses that answers calls, takes messages, and books appointments. Its HubSpot integration keeps your team informed by logging conversation summaries to contact timelines.
Reception uses the caller's phone number to match an existing HubSpot contact or create a new contact. After a conversation, the summary is added to the matching contact's timeline so your team can review what was discussed and follow up with context.
Connect your HubSpot account from Reception's Integrations page and choose which conversations are logged. Reduce manual call logging and keep customer conversations connected to your CRM.

Reception reads HubSpot contacts to find a match using the caller's phone number and can create a contact when needed. Conversation summaries are sent from Reception to the matching HubSpot contact's timeline. You can choose which conversations are logged in the integration settings.
Contact access is shown as two-way because the app both reads and writes HubSpot contact data; conversation summaries flow from Reception to HubSpot.
Required permissions: HubSpot OAuth establishes the connection. Read access to contacts supports phone-number lookup. Write access to contacts supports creating contacts and recording conversation context. No optional permissions are configured.
