Company data — We read company records (name, domain, lifecycle stage, deal associations) to match HubSpot companies against companies we identify from your LinkedIn ad engagement.

Company Properties — We create and update ZenABM-prefixed custom properties on the Company object (LinkedIn impressions, clicks, engagements over 7/30/90-day windows; ABM stage; lifetime engagement score). These are the only writes ZenABM performs.

Deal data — We read deal records and their properties (amount, currency, deal stage, pipeline, deal type, created/closed dates, company associations) to attribute pipeline and revenue back to your LinkedIn ad activity. Powers our revenue dashboards, ABM campaign effectiveness reports, and influence attribution. We never modify deals.

Contact data — We read contact records and their company/deal associations (name, email, last-modified date) to power multi-touch attribution and source-breakdown views — which contacts engaged with which campaigns, and which contacts are tied to which deals. We never modify contacts.

Pipelines, deal stages, and lifecycle stages — We read these to map your existing HubSpot configuration into ZenABM's ABM stage framework, so customers work with their existing pipeline structure inside ZenABM.
