Eduardo Bem has been a rockstar for us throughout the onboarding process. For someone who has limited usage with a functional CRM, Eduardo has been hands on and extremely helpful. He understands the needs of our company, what our primary goals are, and works toward showing me the most valuable tools I'll need to use on a daily basis. He's very patient, which is not always the case when onboarding a software or process with other companies I've dealt with. Safe to say, Eduardo makes all of this implementation easy and digestible!

Excellent Onboarding Session

We had an excellent onboarding session with Martin, we configured our entire Sales operation in HubSpot. Martin was diligent, focused, and determined. We had over 600 leads configured in the HubSpot CRM thanks to Martin's help. Also, we learned how to effectively use email sequencing to send compelling emails to our prospective clients. Lastly, Martin successfully configured our Sales Call feature within HubSpot which allows the CRM to record notes from calls made from within HubSpot. I highly recommend Martin and his services to companies considering HubSpot for their CRM needs!
